We came here this weekend. 4 girls who were mostly clueless on camping! But the owners were SO helpful and made us feel welcome. The owner even came and helped us when we had an issue with our gas bbq ( our fault for not having a clue what we were doing haha ) but he really was great. The facilities were always clean and re stocked with toilet paper etc. We used the freezer shed to charge our phones and even felt safe leaving them in there to charge while we continued our day. The view was incredible and the sunsets are definitely worth it. Everyone is so friendly here and such a kind atmosphere. Thank you so much for our stay! Really unpleasant people - I booked following a specific email request for access to a plug socket - this was confirmed although my original dates were not. I was pointed to the site to make the booking - paid a deposit for the 6 nts. Anyway - my request was not honoured - there is also no shade at all - which makes it unsuitable for dogs in the summer - I should have picked that up from the website photos. All in all this booking cost me around £100 and a whole lot of hassle putting up tents in the nearby alternatives - ruined a whole day - and not so much as a 'sorry' for 'misunderstanding'. Great little site for camping. We stayed during a heatwave making it too hot to fully explore the area on walks because of the dogs  but we did drive down into the town which is really quaint. James the owner very welcoming. Free WiFi which was an added bonus. Large wheelbarrows on hand to transport your gear onto the pitch, I think it's a great idea not to have cars parked next to your tents and it was only a short hop over from the car park. Stayed in a pod overnight for Camper Jam festival and very glad to have discovered this place.

The owner, James, was incredibly accommodating for our check in. Pod and washroom facilities were clean and comfortable. Lovely atmosphere and location — just a shame we weren't staying longer!

What a little  gem of a camp site, will be coming back, spent the weekend in ironbridge, only a short walk to the centre, James the owner was very helpful, would like to do some walking in the area so a great base.
